In-House Plan Room
Not ready to use our “Digital” Plan Room services yet, then our In-House Plan Room is the “old fashion” alternative.
Provided as a FREE service, we maintain a large number of construction documents for your review. Our Plan Room provides a convenient out-of-the-way place, free of distractions to review the documents. One of our staff will assist you to locate the project documents you’re interested in and answer your questions.
As a project owner, our In-House Plan Room is a great way to make it convenient for more contractors to see and bid on your project, encouraging competitive bidding. Contact us at 785-232-7209 or info@topekablue.com to learn how easy it is for your project to be displayed in our Plan Room.

Document Distribution Services
Leave the management and distribution of your documents to us. In many cases it is more important to our customers when we deliver their jobs then how or on what piece of equipment we print them on.
Topeka Blueprint can handle your complete document distribution process and distribute your documents locally with our own cell phone dispatched delivery vans or shipped using UPS or FedEx. As a member of the US Reprographic Network® we also provide the service to electronically send your documents quickly and economically to over 600 cities worldwide using the Digital Blackline Express® for worldwide local printing and distribution.
We can archive your documents electronically locally or delivered on a CD-ROM ready for later reprints of complete sets or individual sheets.
Digital Blackline Express®
This service provides Topeka Blueprint with the ability to electronically send and receive documents to and from other
US Reprographics Network® members located in over 600 cities around the world. In many cases using
Digital Blackline Express® allows worldwide same day delivery without the shipping costs.
When it positively has to be there today, use Digital Blackline Express®.
Océ Repro Desk Remote
Océ Repro Desk provides all the necessary tools to permits the user to define print job settings and to preview the output prior to electronically submitting the print job over the Internet directly to Topeka Blueprint’s Océ 9800 servers. Additionally, the software provides the user with intuitive, meaningful feedback and pre-emptive warnings before a job is actually sent to our servers. Using Océ Repro Desk will become a valuable tool as you discover its many features.
Virtually any file format you use are supported by Océ Repro Desk: HPGL and HPGL-2, HP-RTL, AutoCAD DWG, AutoCAD DXF, CalComp 906/907, CALS Group IV, NIFF Group IV, TIFF Group III and IV, TIFF Packed Bits and TIFF Uncompressed.

Public and Private FTP Sites
Available FREE to our customers, our Public FTP site provides an easy method for Topeka Blueprint to send and receive large files to and from our customers. This bypasses the problems encountered when using e-mail attachments. Download our FTP instruction for more information.
For a small fee, our Private FTP sites allows you and your clients to privately share documents anytime, day or night. You control access to your secure site. Contact Lee Ryan at 785-232-7209 to have your Private FTP site configured for your business.
